Advance Commerce Limited (“Advance Commerce”) Privacy Policy, October 2020

Advance Commerce has developed a new SaaS software platform which it is selling and marketing to online retailers (“Clients”). The solution created by Advance Commerce provides new and unique on-line search and merchandising functionality and is called GrapheneHCTM.

This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when a). individuals visit our corporate site at (the “Site”), b). when consumers (“Consumer”) use a retailer’s site that is utilizing GrapheneHC (“Client Site”) and we collect anonymized click stream data (“Consumer Data”) or in Advance Commerce general dealing with Clients or selling and marketing GrapheneHC to prospective Clients (“CRM Data”).

Advance Commerce holds data on our Clients and sales prospects. This CRM Data may contain personal information such as e-mail addresses, individual names, and phone numbers. None of this information is held within the GrapheneHC solution or on the Site. 

In providing the GrapheneHC service to Clients, the solution uses clickstream data in an anonymized form which is generated by our Consumers.

When Consumers visit a Client Site, we automatically collect certain information about the Consumer’s device, including information about their web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on their device.

Additionally, as Consumers browse the Client Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that they view, what websites or search terms referred them to the Client Site, and information about how they interact with the Client Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Consumer Data and Device Information using the following technologies:

  • “Cookies” are data files that are placed on a Consumer’s device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit
  • “Log files” track actions occurring on the Client Site, and collect data including Consumer’s IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
  • “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how Consumers browse the Client Site.

Our Clients may use order information that they collect via GrapheneHC generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Client Site (including processing Consumer payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing Consumers with invoices and/or order confirmations).                                                                  

We may share Personal Information with third parties to help us use Personal Information, as described above. We may also share Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Advance Commerce at all times complies with data protection laws applicable in the USA and Europe and any territory we sell GrapheneHC to clients.

Consumers and Clients have the right to access personal information that we hold about them and to ask that their personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts (for example if you make an order through a Client Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.  Additionally, please note that your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

When Consumers place an order through a Client Site, our client will maintain their order information for our records unless and until we are asked to delete this information.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
